One touch windows / wheels (archive)

Another couple of queries:

My driver's side one touch window doesn't work anymore -I have to hold the switch down. I did hear they had to be re-initialised after disconnecting the battery but can't find out how to do this.

Wheels / tyres - what are the biggest wheels & tyres which will fit without any body mods.

Limited slip diff - will any other kind of oil be o.k? I've just been quoted £40 {around $55) for 2 litres by my local BMW dealer and at that I have to take my own container!!.
