Bryan

I though you have a Bentley Manual?

But any way.

On page 520-8 of the Bentley Manual states Rear Seat Cushion Removing and installing (Power Seats)

Pull front of cushion up and out of clip

Remove seat control knobs and remove trim screws behind them.

Pull up seat belt lock trim and remove from seat belt lock. "need to see picture"

On Rear door edge trim retaining clip "need to see picture"

Pull off door seal at bottom rear corner of door. Tilt door edge trim outward and remove.

Unbolt rear seat belt lock mounting bolt and disconnect wiring harness connector "need to see picture"

Lift front of sear cushion, sliding seat tracks off body anchors and unhooking locating rods from backrest.

Detach electrical harness connector and lift cushion out of car.

Installation is reverse of removal.

Hope this helps
