Don't know an easy way, but when I had similar damage the dealer just repainted it as they would any part of the car. Ideally you could get a spray can of touch up paint, since the little brush jobs are awful, but I've never been able to find one. Maybe someone else knows. Or you could buy a bottle of touch up paint and thin it and use it in an air brush gun. But its probably at the $125 minimum at Maaco. Since its what it is I wouldn't worry too much about the quality. I mean, how badly can you screw up a repaint of a spoiler? fwiw.

Hi folks...
Iīve had some scratches on my front spoiler, right side, since I bought the car. Wondering if there is a way to "remove" them and repaint this. Itīs plastic, and the scratches are a bit deep (black plastic showing).

You can see them here if you look closely.
