You can use normal filler or plastic filler to fill those scratches.

Do it like if you were painting metal:

1)sand
2)fill
3)sand
4)sand
5)sand
6)prime
7)sand
8)sand
9)paint
10)paint
11)lacquer
12)lacquer
13) wait a week
14) carefully rub with farecla or similar rubbing compound


I got OEM colour paint for the Touring in a spray can, mixed on-site at the local paint expert company. I'm sure other paint specialist stores who do car paint have the same equipment: I just said "Royalblau" and they looked it up from their books.
