I wouldnt recommend it, oil additives normally do more harm then good. Bets bet is to either repair the leak (you didnt mention where its coming from) or put up with it. Using mineral oil (non-synthetic) can help reduce oil leaks, bet the best bet would be fixing it.

Can I used stop leak when I change oil, there is a slight leak.
