Hi,
from my knowlege the 30A fuse is for the aux fan. This is nor really necessary for the A/C to operate in the first place. Check if the magnetic clutch for the compressor works. You schoul hear a fairly loud "click" and see that the compressor turns. Check if you have enough R12 or R134a. There is a sight glass on top of the dryer. If you have bigger bubbles or nothing than the coolant is gone. Has to be checked for leaks and refilled. Don't forget to operate the system once a week, even in winter to avoid problems with the compressor seals. Good luck Ekkehart
