I just had this problem. I tried cleaning the laser's lense with no success. Go the the dealer and get a refurbished CD changer (~$220). They will need your existing one in exchange. Take out the cartridge and remove it from the trunk. It has one bolt above the front of the unit that mounts it to the trunk and a few connectors in the back of the unit. Once its out of the trunk, remove the bracket from the CD changer.

I haven't gotten an error since.
