I have been plagued by a problem with three items: one of the horns, the temp sensor and the power steering. It appears that when I sound the horn, only the higher tone horn goes off. (The lower tone horn contacts have been cleaned but somehow the horn goes off only once after that and that's it.) Immediately afterwards the temp alarm chimes in with a ridiculous figure like -35F (-3C) and sometimes my power steering starts working again. (The ps has not been active much at all. I cleaned the contacts and still no ps.)

Any suggestions from the electrical diagram mavens? Thanks!
