Is their enough Freon in the system to activate the pressure switch which allows the clutch to engage? Please don't test it by removing the Low Side Port Charging Cap, pressing the schraeder valve and verifing that a " PSSSSSTTTTTT " of gas came out. Even if the system was running a few days ago, conditions may have changed enough to prohibit the switch from closing.
