Hi guys I recently changed my 1988 735' s engine and some time after I begun wondering whether it would have cost any more to install a 1989-90 M-5 engine (used, assuming I could locate one !! ) instead. Ever heard of such a swap ?

The head of the Swedish BMW club runs an e32 with M5 engine and souped up suspension. My friend got a ride with him and said the car was rather stunning.
