I have ask many times if there is even a power distibution realy. If there is where is it and how do I check to see if it is bad?

Being kinda bored this weekend, I decided to tinker a bit with the 750. I've been planning on ordering a new heater control valve, but I wasn't 100% sure the valve was my prob. See the AC always blows cold (both sides) when the engine is relatively cool. After it's been run more than 30 minutes, the drivers side starts blowing warm...Ok, so on to my electrical gremlins..

I started by checking the voltage going to the heater valve with the engine both hot and cold. I found that when the car was cold the voltage was about (14.5 VDC) with engine running. After the engine was hot the voltage was still 14.5. But when I turned the engine off and re-started it..voila the volage was not 3.5 VDC.

Seeing how the + connector for jump starting is right next to the heater control valves, I checked the voltages here (hot and cold) also. Same thing!! 14.5 with engine running (while warming up) 3.5 after engine was hot, shut off and re-started...Hmmmmmmmmmm bad power distribution relay??
