It's probably too late now...but I would be leary of buying the radio without the code. How do you know if it works and there is no way to test it until you get the code.

If you are really interested in buying a BMW radio...there's a place here in Indiana that frequently has used BMW radios w/codes. You can click on their site below then go to used parts on their site then click radios. They usually have several models available. (I'm not affiliated with them in any way but they are reputible)

Q
91 735iL

I'm thinking of buying an original BMW radio on ebay but the theft code is not available. Is there a way to operate the radio without a code or is there a way to obtain the code thru the dealer? The auction closes soon so I would appreciate any advise asap.

Thanks in Adavnce
