You may not be able to find it if you are looking for a spin on type of filter, it is a cartridge type that is installed in its own housing from what I can determine it is not even mounted on the engine but on the fender wall on the driver's side of the engine bay from the top looks like a large nut looks almost like a lid on a glass jar should be aluminium/zinc color, if you are changing the oil make sure you change the oring and install it properly, you know what bad orings can do Challanger!!!!
