If it is a single "click" then it could be a busted shock.

That happened on mine; every time I'd brake or drive over a bump there would be a "click". Yet all the bushings and such were fine.

Finally we found out the driver's side shock was leaking and had to be replaced.

Just a long shot here, if it's repetitious clicking you hear then it has to be something else. Likely the ABS control unit?
