has some stuff in it that the FAA approves of, can't be all bad, as for using it in a BMW, I won't, I may try Amsoil, Im still thinking about doing that, the best recommendation is change the oil every 3000 miles, I have 143,000 on a 89 750il, and had 153000 on a 90' 300ZX, 98000 on a Jeep Cherokee,120000 on a Camaro, and 102000 on a Toyota Celica, I don't commute any more and the BMW will only see 15000 to 20K any more per year. before this car all only used normal oil and never had any problems. Maybe that is why most cars use just oil? mobile 1 synthetic seems to be a popular choice also. Timely maintenance and correct use make cars last much longer.
