My bro-in-law has a 92 735iL with a remote like the one Lou's looking for and there's no little "nub" receiver button next to his sunroof switch. I have the "nub" receiver and the remote I use is refered to as the "switchblade" remote. Is 91 the cut off for the switchblade remote...and does it appear in the 6/8/12 cyl models respectively? Just curious if anyone knows.

Any suggestions where I could track down an additional remote entry / security remote for my 94 740i? (3 button square key fob type (BMW P/N 82 11 1 467 015)

I've gotten a price from a couple of the web stores that was out of sight!!
