Bosch, Bremi, Hella or original BMW parts. Bosch makes the distributor and cap. Bremi also makes the plug wires for BMW.
Plugs: either the relatively cheap Bosch plugs stated in the manual. Should not cost more than $3 ea, or NGK BKR6EQUP which is the new recommended (40k+ mls) long life spark plug installed in all new BMWs. P/N 12129071003, I have 12 sitting on my desk waiting to be installed in my car. Check the plug wires, the quality is very high. They don't wear like the distributor and they are expensive (>$350 in Germany). Ekkehart
