If i take accelerator fully down (drive is very fast) the power will be is very low.
After reseting computer (take off the battery) and start ingine - power is OK.

I think - is oxigen sensor. May be not.

The Bentley Bible Recommends the following:

CO Content too low/Check air flowor mass air flow sensor.

input signalsto ECM missing, ECM in limp home mode/Test DME ECM connector .

ECM Faulty/ Test DME ECM Inputs, If all OK replace ECM.

Fuel pump delivery too low/Test Fuel Pump.

Fuel Pressure too low/ Check pressures.

A Hypothetical suggestion.... It could also be the throttle mechanism, (Someone butt in here!)
If I'm right the later model E32 had a "Throttle Potentiometer" That is your accelerator is electronically controlled, this could be faulty.

Try These.
