Also regarding your leak, if it's only an external leak & not into the oil then I'd personally risk seeing if a radiator sealant additive could resolve the problem - I know my radiator is weeping (leaving antifreeze trails) and I'm thinking this could be a reasonable fix - I can always flush it out later. Also, did you replace your antifreeze lately? My old BMW bikes used to weep quite badly after a change of antifreeze, but admittedly not from the head joint...
