One Capsule of Barrs Leak Crystals + 2 Heater Valves + Retorque the Head Bolts equals $ 75 plus 1 hour work = Total $ 160.


Remove Head, send to machine shop for Planing to make sure it's flat + Head Gasket + Intake Manifold Gasket + Exhaust Manifold Gasket equals $ 450 plus 12 hours work = Total $ 1300.

First I retorqued the Head Bolts. Still leaked. Then added the Barrs Leak. Heater still worked through the winter.

I think I would do the first option first.
