Last time it was 2-3 days, that is, QUICK. Also, I had the factory phone removed, and at intervals it would mute the stereo, indicating in the dash that the phone was coming on. The phone had been out for a year or two before, without this happening, so it is without doubt linked to the recent electrical problems. I will see if I can get a read on the current in the next few days. Thanks for responding, JJB.

Have you measured the current flowing through the battery with the ignition off? If so, perhaps it would help to post that here for forum members to comment on.

My 88 735i will kill the battery 1-2 weeks sitting there parked if not driven (I currently have a small battery on that vehicle).

How long does it take to kill your battery assuming the vehicle is parked with a full charge?
