Could be your stabilizer rods have weak bushings, or their end ball joint may have been rotated during disassembly from the strut tower base, amplifying the effect of some wear in the joint. I'd check the rotors for runout first, then, if they're ok, then go after the stabilizer rods. I had the same symptoms a few years ago and got a 100% fix after replacing the stabilizers. I've always had a tough time detecting wear in the ball joint, but never the less, I've had enough to cause braking vibration, although undetectable by using a pry bar. Bob H.
