Mine went some months back opted for a seat swap rathere than fiddle it works just as well!!!

If you take the seat out it's alot easier to deal with. What happens is either the inner cable has wound up & shrunk or the outer black plastic sleeve has stretched. The result is one end or the other pulls out of the drive socket. I did my passenger seatback a while back & wrote up a repair guide based on several archive descriptions.

THe mechanic told me to change all the cables of the seat. He is telling me he will charge me 300 bucks. I saw the archieve and try to fix it myself. I can't fix it.
I only can lift up the seat and see full of wires down there. Those cables are all tight. I don't know what to do? any ideas?
