Simply select Manual mode using the switch, and then you drive like a manual (without the clutch obviousley). Whatever position you put the gearlever in is the gear it will be in - so you can change up or down as you wish. Note - you cant select overdrive like this - only 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

Like some other fragile trannies out there, isn't this put too much strain to the tranny using manual mode and some how screw up the transmission? I was affraid to use the M-mode unless it is absolutely necessary like snowy or sand.
