This is a common fix along with the "twisted seat" thread thats going on in the last few posts. Most answers can be found in the E32"archive search" (just click on the link at the top of the message board). There's lot's of good answers there plus one can glean a lot of good information as well. And there's always the message board to turn to for moral support, too. 8-) Good luck...Elaine, are you a do-it-yourselfer?Q

ps Before trying this fix...push down firmly on the head rest to see if it has been unseated from it's electrical retainer connection. The headrests are removable with a small amount of upward exertion. (same for the rear headrests, too)
Hi! The headrest on my 735i is stuck in the up position. The power button makes a sound, but the headrest doesn't move. If I could just get it flush with the seat I would be happy. Any suggestions?
One more, my memory seats won't reset. I have the owner's manual with instructions, but nothing changes. ????
