I am contemplating this as well. I actually called Dinan and asked questions - not a lot of feedback when I posted here. Basically it is supposed to work well with the engine performance chip (I have Jim C) and hold the shift points closer to the redline when at full throttle. Regular driving is a non-issue. That is what I gathered. My mechanic of 10 years recommended installing it. Hope that helps.
