if your car has got a set of upper control arm bushings that are never replaced or has been over 3 years since last replacement, CHANGE THEM OUT for a new won't believe the difference it makes in the before/after picture! Especially if you are running 17" or larger wheels the difference is HUGE!

I am running 18" wheels and even though I had new Boge shocks replaced prior to the wheels I had quite a bit of cabin vibration and was quite annoying...not any more! After replacing the control arm bushings not only was the slight front end shimmy completely eliminated, cabin vibration on rough pavement and highway joints is so much more controlled and suppressed even my wife commented on how much more comfortable it is, this came as a surprise as I always thought those bushings don't really effect ride quality, at least not that much!

I don't have the know-how on replacing them so I had my mechanic did it for me and he charged me US$180 parts and labor, including replacement of a rear bumper chrome trim piece as well. Sound reasonable?
