If you back off the throttle really quick before the upshift with aheavy foot in it the computor may not be quick enough to reduce the line pressure. If you don't back out of it and it shifts fine it shouldn't be a problem. If it's in need of the updated Pressure regulator spring and valve a line pressure test would confirm the problem.
for a repair shop for my 94 540ia. 112k on tranny, 27k on engine. Has not done it in a while but when I get on it hard and it upshifts very hard after I let off the gas from 4th to 5th or 3rd to 4th.
