In Reply to: Rear shock replacement eliminating LAD system-DIY? posted by Adrian Lee on August 09, 2001 at 16:39:46:

The Bentleys manual has a section for removing the LAD suspension to a normal setup, from memory. Had all the parts numbers and procedures for isolating the LAD valves & sealing the system at them, and the normal mounts etc to convert (section dovetailed with the section on maintaining the normal suspension too).

Hope this helps

Is it possible to change the rear shock absorber to regular not LAD system?
Mine is showing a little symptom of leaking fluid and need to change the shocks. How hard is it to eliminate since the LAD shocks are astronomically priced.
Thanks for your help.
