Clicking sound from parking brake lever (archive)

I just recently changed my flat rear tire. While doing so I put the parking brake on and when finished I released the brake. Now when I'm driving I hear this synchronous clicking sound coming from the parking brake lever. When I put my hand on it I can feel the vibration as well. What is going on and can I fix it myself? I hope.
