Its easy without special tools. Cut the steel wall of the old bush with a hacksaw and push it out. make sure there are no burrs in the bore. Push the new bush in either using a vice and suitable spacers or a long bolt with spacers, washers and a nut. Make sure you only press the metal housing and not the actual rubber part or you'l tear teh bush. The only tricky part is making sure the bush starts off straight and doesn't 'rock' in the bore. I've done it and it takes around an hour per side.
