I had this happen to a buddy. He had installed wheel locks that were a little too long. approx 2-3 mm. This was hitting the parking brake assembly. Are you using aftermarket wheels that required different studs/nuts?

I just recently changed my flat rear tire. While doing so I put the parking brake on and when finished I released the brake. Now when I'm driving I hear this synchronous clicking sound coming from the parking brake lever. When I put my hand on it I can feel the vibration as well. What is going on and can I fix it myself? I hope.
