It runs great at start-up and even after driving for a short period of time. However, after driving for a while, it idles rough (rich), develops a huge flat spot, and has no power until you mash the peddle. When it begins to run poorly, I can shut the car off, wait a short period of time (<5 minutes) and it will run well again for a short period of time.

I suspect maybe the coil (I've already replaced one) and maybe the Oxygen sensors or catalytic converters. I have just about ruled out the Oxygen converts though because they were replaced two months ago.

Try this link, theres an exhaust back pressure tester that may work for your troubleshooting of these symptoms. They also have alot of other troubleshooting/test equipment. Looks reasonably priced. Nope, I don't work there, just had a fellow enthusiast email me the link from this msg board...
What is it your 7 is doing (or not doing..)?
