A car that old that has some problems really does not have much cash value. I do not thing you need a logic answer but just decide what you want to do from an emotional angle. The is nothing logical about owning an old BMW regardless how much we try beyond the safety issue.

I went to sleep this morning on my way home and went straight in a curve. Luckily 6 months ago they had removed the embankment so I did not crash but was able keep steering so I never completely swapped ends and wound up getting it straigh going down a long drive of the next house down the country road so I just turned around and continued the last 3 miles home but with the windows down and the tape player blasting.


I am living in NY right now and has 187K miles on it. Put a rebuilt tranny in for almost a year and a half now. I am planning to move to LA next year, should I just sell the car. Should I just ship it there and keep using it? Is it worth the shipping cost since it is so far. The car runs great, just a little sluggish on pick up? Also, the tranny shift harsh when it meets heavy traffic. Like shifts 1-2-1-2
Please give me some opinions! THanks!!!
