I've been told it won't fit due to the difference at the Odometer Plug. But then this is just my mechy's opinion.

Will a 90 model instrument panel work in a 88 car? I've done the capacitor fix (on a remanufactured ) and it didn't change a thing. I have a spare 90 year model car to test further but don't want to fry anything along the way. The Bentley leads me to beleve 88-90 is the same the ETK parts ROM doesn't call out a part# for the circuit board, or at least I can't find one. It says the carrier plastic part is through 2/89 per the ETK
