sounds like the motor is still operating but the headrest will not move, cable connection issue?, checked the archives but didn't find much, please advise, thanks.
Yea just fix two of them on my 7. Definitely a cable problem. Just trim them a little. You may need a small torch ( home depot). Helps with removal of metal ends. Good luck
