My question about the bimmer board script does not have an ulterior motive, such as wanting to "hack the board." Why in the world would I want to do that? Aside from it being a valuable asset to the BMW community, I genuinely like this board! I also really like the board scripting, which I've been admiring since I first found the bimmer board. I'm sure anyone who has done a board before can recognize it as being excellent work.

I asked merely because I want the scripting for another application, actually not having anything to do with BMW. (Yes, I do have a life beyond this board or my BMW website).

And if you're referring to my having somehow partially hacked this board to learn that Matt's scripts may have been used- wrong again. Check "Msg. Board FAQ" in the upper right hand corner and you can quite easily find out for yourself the same information about the bimmer board. I'm already familiar with Matt's board scripts because I use them now, but I don't know this particular board version- that's why I'm asking.

In regard to "the last Blatant Rejection," I really don't know what you're talking about, but I also don't really think it's worth exploring, so I'll just leave it at that. And in regard to your challenge that I reveal your identity- I do have better things to do with my time than track down someone simply too wimpy to use his own identity- although I have done it in the past I think I've moved on, as should you.

Give my earlier posting a little more thought and you may realize if I had any evil intent that I just might have had the forethought not to use my own identity, to avoid arousing any suspicion from the few people who obviously continue to hold a grudge. As a side note, it's funny how a person who most likely does NOT know the answer to a question posed often is the first person to respond!

I just like the script better than the version I'm using, with the (url) (pic) feature, and because it seems to be more reliable. So, if anyone can see beyond the nonsense and paranoia, and will perhaps share some information- that would be great. I'll also pay a finder's fee to anyone who has access to the script or knows where I can get it. Thanks.

Axel
