Here in the US a refurbished 5.4 V12 is about $12000, so that is a very good price. Since that engine has Vanos you would need all the electronic engine controls with it.

Have been offered a brand new M73 engine (E38 750 5.4l) engine. Does anybody have experience with putting this engine in an E32? My dealer is scared due to some differnt sensors etc. BTW the engine is a steal ($2500).
