HELP... removing the headrest (archive)

I am trying to fix the dreaded twisted seat. One of the articles recommends removing the seat. It starts out by saying pop off the headrest. How do I "pop off" the headrest. I cannot get the seat to rotate far enough forward with the headrest on the seat.
