Some kids say "sure you have 300 hp on your 2-ton car but my tuned corolla has 150 hp and only weighs one ton so you can't beat me".
They forget all about the 350 rpm that 750i generates at 2000rpm not to mention the neck-breaking 450Nm at 5000rpm.
Here at the 122% car tax (plus 22%VAT) land we seldom see expensive or fast cars, there are TWO lamborgini Diablos in the whole country and a few dozen 750's. Most Porches are rather old and there's a handful of Corvette's.
The usual pimped out rice rocket is not tuned enginewise so beating 14 sec 0-100 1.4litre Japs with a 7 second 5 litre Bimmer is like shooting fish in a barrel. No challenge at all.

You all 750 drivers knkow the feeling when you're about to pass someone on the highway at 100k/60m, switch to "S" and floor it... The speed can easily reach 200kmh before you get back to you own lane especially if there are 2-3 cars to pass. So even if some tuned rice rocket could do 0-60 faster than the 750 (none have so far), at around 100-140kmh they're likely to be a mile behind :-)

I seldom really drag race. I don't have to. :-)
