Brake squeal is caused by vibration of the pads against the rotors. Rarely is it caused exclusively by the pad material but by a combination of pad fit into the caliper, worn shims/backing plates/springs, etc. The anti squeak products help dampen the vibration so it is less noticable.
I suggest you remove the pads and carefully wirebrush the caliper slides and the portions of the pad backing plates where they slide into the caliper. Use some medium grit sandpaper to rough up the pads and then use a fine file to slightly take off the square edge of the brake pad material. Not too much is necessary (1/16 of an inch). Then before reinstalling the pads, coat the backing plates with one of the products sold at most every auto parts store. (it's not very expensive and a small container will last through several brake jobs.
Last but as important - season your brakes carefully. Don't try them out with a hot lap around the brack until you've made several dozen gradual stops to set everything up for the next 40K miles.
Good Luck!
