I would suggest what I have done three times already. Get a set of 7.5x14 H2 rims and use a good brand 225/60x15 V (this should be sufficient for the UK). At least in Germany you can get a set of original BMW rims through e-bay for less than 50 pounds. Than you can choose from like 30 types of tires. Not that I would recommend more than five (Conti, Pirelli, Dunlop, Michelin, Goodyear). Ekkehart
