is your car equipped with self levelling rear shocks (standard on 750)? In this case one or both shocks might be leaking (happening on my 540 currently. This lowers the fluid level in the black container, since PS, PB and these shocks are just one circutry.
Hope this helps

Richard (and others),
I had reported the strained feeling and slight noise my power steering had given off when I would brake hard then turn sharp.
Suggestions included replacing the "bomb". That still may be needed, however the obvious problem is a darn low Pentosin level in the large black resevoir. I had been watching my hydralic levels in only one place, the clear plastic resevoir by the brake booster. This hydralic system is beyond me, with brales, PS and the levelling all off the same system. Oh well. I now know to watch the large black resevoir too.
I'm looking for leaks. Why did it get so low?
Whadda ya find on yours Richard?
