There are a zillion things in these cars that can be busted or about to break and one hardly notices them because the sgittiest e32 runs so smooth.
Typically there will be bushings needing replacement (even though it feels like a million dollars when you test drive it), electrical gremlins of all sorts.
The intake manifolds are notorious for starting to leak around 150-200tkm and you might not notice that either if it's very slight.
The cooling system is the heel of akilles in these cars, expect to have the water pump and rad changed at some point (pump cost like hell) and the colant hoses bust at steady intervals and are actually required to be changed every now and then even if they don't leak yet.
Have it checked by a dealer or a 750i specialist company, it doesn't cost anything compared to the amount of euros you'll have to throw in to have it checked. If the (private?) seller won't let you then you know it's a beat up piece of shit.
Try the search engine for "buying" "buy" "purchase" and so on and you'll find tons of info on the stuff that should be checked.
