Was the phone installed between the front seat arm rests? There are many cupholder, CD/cassette tape holder that will fit in the rectangular storage hole; both BMW and aftermarket.

My 88 735i originally had a mobile phone in it -- now it doesn't, so what's there is an open space with a few holes in it from the wiring.

Does anybody know of an accessory to fill this space or a way to improve the looks since it no longer has the car phone in it?
