1. push 1000 and 10 buttons simultaneously to access codes
2a. push 1 button 9 times until you read TEST 09 in the display
3. push S/R to activate
4a. read system voltage 'on-the-fly'

2b. push 1 button 6 times until you read test 06 in the display
4b. read system current 'on-the-fly'

If the system is 'locked' you will not be able to get anywhere. To unlock:

2c. push the 10 & 1 buttons until you read test 19 in the display
3c. add the current month and day numbers together and use the 10 & 1 buttons until you get that number into the display - push the S/R button to unlock - push the C/F button to lock

you can check the voltage and amp outputs on the obc. check for the post of hidden obc codes, this might help
