I have had the noise diagnosed as a sticking hydraulic lifter. Has anyone found and replaced one of these. The dealer quoted 36hours at 7 million dollars per hour (might as well have been)

Changing to Mobil 1 5-50 made mine a lot better too. Pretty much all but eliminated it.
