If it was me I'd sell the E28, Over here they don't fetch much, but it sounds like it's the worse one to have, Just think of all thse JEALOUS people wandering around your neighbourhood as you drive by in your POLISHED 7!!! There isn't any value in keeping the E28 any longer as it's had it's life really and in the end you'll have an OLDER car that still eats into your wallet!!

Take the plunge and get rid of it, Keep the 7 and Enjoy the Ride!!

(Having said all that, I've got an old Passat That I keep running, Mind you parts are really cheap!!! Until they run out, that is!!!)

yeah yeah... here's the rub...

car #1... e28 528e. high miles, many parts replaced... bad paint... not pretty but I use it to pull my boat to the lake and drive in the winter. I couldn't get the $$$ out of it that it's worth to me.

car #2... e30 325is. high miles, totally rebuilt 10k miles ago by me in my driveway. Many performance mods and an all around super fun car that I plan on keeping forever...

car #3... e32 735i that I bought for my mom... no sentimental attachment... I could get what I payed for it when I sell...


not bored, I just don't want to pay insurance on 3 cars. I bought this car for my mom, but she won't learn to drive it. I can't drive 3 cars at once so I may as well invest money than let it rust in the driveway. I gotta admit though, I love the 7 and am having a hard time with the thought of selling it.
