Other thought would be to check the wiring condition in the doors themselves too - water can get in and "wick" along the cables too. Check especially the wiring to the up/down switches in the rear door - that would be the prime suspect for somehow affecting the other up-down switches.
Hope this helps as a start... last thought is also to check the operation of the courtesy-close switch on the drivers' door lock (you know, the turn the key to 90deg and hold it, and all the windows/sunroof closes...?) This is the only standard auto-movement feature on the windows (other than the drivers' one) and your problem sounds strangely like a confused auto-close...

Hello all. On the driver side, when I want the rear window down and the front one is already down, the front one rolls up before the rear one goes down and vise versa, when I press for the front window to go up the rear window goes all the way down then the front window goes up. I've disconnected the power buttons and cleaned the connectors just not sure what else to do....Oh by the way I'm in Germany...yes it rains here very often. Help!
