It should be realtively easy to diagnose. Disconnect all the loads at once replace the blown fuse if it still blows you have some other load on the that circuit or a problem with the wiring, if the fuse holds add one load at a time until the fuse blows, the last one you added before the fuse blew is the problem. Above all make sure you have the correct amp fuse in that holder. Ask me how I know that could be a problem??? Buy a few fuses.
